About Us

M/s VSGA & Associates ('VSGA'), Chartered Accountants is a partnership firm which was established in the year 2019 by partners which have enriched experiences and work knowledge in the field of accountancy, auditing and taxation. The firm is established with a motive of providing a one-stop solution to the trade and industry in complying the various statutory compliances. The firm is also aimed to provide the auditing and assurance services. The partners and professional staff associated with VSGA, come with a diversified experience from well reputed audit firms and industry. It is manned by four matured professionals groomed through years in various industries, auditing, consultancy, taxation and secretarial functions. The firm is having its office at Kolkata and aimed to expand in the coming time.

Assignment taken on by the firm

The partners of the firm are renowned chartered accountants through their dedicated working for the industry for last many years. The firm is executing immense assignments and providing auditing and assurance services, income tax consultancy and GST compliance services, corporate law compliance services. The clientele of VSGA is a mix of corporate and non-corporate entity with their presence on PAN India basis and their business includes mining, iron-ore, textile, jewellery, railways contractors, cafeteria etc. Total number of clientele of VSGA is more than 100.

Further, the firm had been empaneled as concurrent auditor of Federal Bank, New Market Branch, Kolkata for a period from Aug-19 to Jul-22.
